With the sun on your face, a breeze through your hair and the scent of fresh green grass, you greet the day with Yang. Feel the energy of nature, let your inner strength flow and increase your stamina. Yang gives you energy and peps you up.
While the sun is still high in the sky, Yin gives you total relaxation at the end of the afternoon, you surrender and you let go of everything. Space is created in your body and joints so that the energy can flow wonderfully through your meridians. Yin lets you relax.
There is no Yin without Yang and no Yang without Yin. Balance in Yin and Yang gives abundance of health and happiness.
Draft program
Two yoga classes and mindfulness sessions are scheduled every day. Experience a singing bowl session, make a Mala (prayer bracelet), visit a Buddhist temple or immerse yourself in the thermal baths. Above all, there is a lot of time to do nothing. You stay on a full board basis in a private room or shared room in one of the attractive gîtes. Or would you rather pitch your tent? Throughout the day you can make unlimited use of coffee, tea, water and fruit.
Pack your suitcase, take the plane, get on the train or in the car (carpool with your fellow participant(s) and once you arrive with us, we will take care of the rest.
